Scheduling Information

While self-referral is permitted for your annual screening mammogram, it is the recommendation of Pacific Breast Center that you be seen by your primary care physician for a thorough physical examination. Screenlng mammography is only one important step in breast health maintenance. All other procedures available at Pacific Breast Center must be ordered by a physician.

To help speed the registration process we ask that you do the following prior to your exam:
